I tried to volunteer once, they told me I have to have a degree. I just wanted to pitch in, any way I could, and that is COMMON LABOR, back breaking work. I've done it my whole life,raised my daughter, and three grand children doing it. So, I try to continue giving, the only way I can, but it's not good enough. I do the kind of work people with degrees don't have to do.

I am a firm believer in Jesus Christ as my Savior. I am not Mormon though. But I consider the possibility that the Book of Mormon might be true, and I do try to be closer to God. I drink alcohol, smoke cigarettes, and drink tea and Coca Cola sometimes with dinner… I am curious if in the Mormon religion, people like me eventually go to Heaven? I’ve been told that is the case in the past but I would like to know what a devout Mormon thinks.

Thank you Elder Callister for the wonderfull talk. Apostasy was real after the death of the apostles.. JS's claim about the restoration is correct and true..there are evidences which testify of this truth. JESUS CHRIST established His Church and taught His Everlasting Gospel. After the death of the apostlea some of the doctrinea and tea hing were lost the NT is very clear on that.. Thanks be to our Heavenly Father and His beloves Son JESUS CHRIST for calling JS to be the Prophet of the restoration. This video is good..

In the Bible the words of Jesus conflict with the words of Joseph smith. Jesus Says I Am the Only God and Joseph says there are many gods. Joseph Smith says that we are saved by works and partial salvation through christ. Jesus is the only way the truth and life and no one can come to the father except through him. There are many other verses that I could quote if there's more interest
